My CFO coaching approach

Starting with an initial package of 6 coaching sessions, I meet most of my CFO clients for an hour monthly or twice per quarter. My coaching is structured around your specific needs, providing practical insights and strategies to help you overcome challenges and create lasting change.

Discovery Call: Before we start our coaching engagement, we’ll have a 30-minute discovery call to understand your opportunities and create an overall plan
First Coaching Session: Our first full session dives into your goals and builds a framework for our work together.
Focused Sessions: Each session focuses on the immediate challenges you’re facing while always keeping an eye on your strategic goals.
Action-Oriented Approach: You’ll leave every session with a clear action plan to focus on between meetings, ensuring continuous progress.
Collaborative Goal Setting: We’ll set goals in conjunction with your HR partner, CEO, or other key stakeholders if needed. Optional check-ins can be arranged with your sponsor to ensure alignment.
Assessments: Tools like Discovery Insights and StrengthsFinder can provide valuable insights into your leadership style and help you grow.
