I talk about how you can map out a path for yourself and share insights from my time working as an FD at Microsoft in the U.S. (which is arguably 5-10 years ahead of the UK when it comes to finance tech and processes). The aim of this first session is to get you thinking about where you want to be and how you can make it happen.
